We arrived at the hotel (Four Points by Sheraton) at about 1:30. It was very late, and we were very hungry, too. Luckily, the food was still available. When talking about food, Chinese and Taiwanese people put emphasis on three major parts: the color, the smell and the tastes. I have to say that the Indian food had all the three characters-but in different ways.
Did this food remind you of something else?
As the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover" Here, "Don't judge Indian Food by its look" It is very delicious actually. Indian people were very good at using spices, but I did not quite able to recognize what kind of meat inside really was.
